He built and exited his own MSP. Then moved into investment banking, where he spent years inside the deal room — structuring acquisitions, advising on exits, and watching what separated the businesses that sold at a premium from the ones that didn’t.

The pattern was consistent. The businesses that commanded the best outcomes had systems. Predictable revenue. Clean financials. Operations that didn’t depend on the founder to run. Marketing that actually generated pipeline.
